Ordering & Shipping Information
Circuit Hero offers secure online shopping via an integrated PayPal shopping cart; using sales@circuithero.com as the PayPal address. You may additionally choose to place your order online with any Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express over locked SSL encription.
To purchase a product, simply click on the "Add to cart" buttons displayed next to your product(s) of choice. Once you have selected all items to purchase, follow through with the online "Check out" to complete your order. Customers with existing PayPal accounts can simply sign in using their PayPal account email and password and proceed to check out. First time users will be required to enter an email and personal billing/shipping information to check out. All customer information is strictly confidential and will never be shared to 3rd parties.
All prices listed are in US currency. Most shipments are completed using the United States Postal Service (USPS). Large and oversized items (such as Intake Kits) are shipped United Parcel Service (UPS) ground. Flate rate shipping prices listed on our site are good for domestic purchases within the continental US. If you would like to order Circuit Hero product(s) shipped outside the lower 48 states or internationally, please contact us at sales@circuithero.com. Please do not forget to provide us with your address as well as the product(s) you are interested in purchasing, we will quickly respond with a shipping quote.
We ship items out on a daily basis. You should expect to receive your order within 2 to 7 days via United States Postal Service (USPS) priority shipping or first class parcel post Tracking information will be provided by PayPal once you order ships. Please contact us for a quote If you need "Express" or "Overnight" shipping.

Return & Exchange Policy:
All sales are considered final! No cash refunds! We will only consider returns in exchange for store credit under special circumstances. Return items must be in "New" and "Unused" condition. All returns must have a pre-approved R.A.(Return Authorization) number to be considered. Please email sales@circuithero.com with any and all questions regarding returns/exchanges.
Warranty:
All Circuit Hero products come with a "limited" lifetime warranty. The warranty covers all defects in material and craftsmanship. Warranty is only applicable to the orginal purchaser/owner of the item(s). Warranty does not cover items damaged by customer misuse and or abuse. Circuit Hero is not responsible for any and all damages caused by the improper installation of product. It is the customer's responsibility to ship and return all warranty claims to Circuit Hero for warranty consideration. Copy of the orginal sales invoice is required to process claim. Upon careful review and approval of defective item, we will send a an identical or replacement item of equivalent value. Please email sales@circuithero.com with any questions in regards to warranty.

Circuit Hero products are designed for "Off-Road" use only. Circuit Hero products are not approved by the Highway Patrol, The Department of Transportation, or Local Authorities for use on public roads. Some items sold by Circuit Hero are not legal for use on pollution controlled vehicles for street use. Installation of some Circuit Hero parts may affect in void of insurance and/or manufacturer warranty. Please check local laws before ordering any parts.
